The Penthouse, 3 Leake Street York

This property was good for walking distance into York. For me there are too many steps, but overall it was fairly good Positive: Property in a excellent location to walk into York Negative: Beds not comfortable and there could have been an extra chair in the living space

Positive: Location, cleanliness Negative: Communication was poor. There were 2 windows that we could not close. I contacted the owners several times regarding this in the morning. It was late afternoon before they responded with "what is the problem?" Although I'd clearly stated this on several previous occasions. I responded the windows would not close and they did not respond

A fantastic apartment in a great location. Positive: The apartment is well located and well equipped. Negative: Would have liked a lamp in the lounge for the evening.

Comfortable apartment in central area Positive: Very spacious and comfortable living area in a very good location for the town centre. Staff were very helpful and responded promptly to any messages Negative: Beds were a bit on the small side and carpets need some cleaning, but staff were very helpful Although located in a pleasant cul-de-sac with good parking, there was still moderate noise from the nearby main road

Positive: really handy for city center Negative: morning light got through blinds a bit early
