The Penthouse, 3 Leake Street York

We enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse. The properly was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and the property was done to a Positive: Property was spotlessly clean and close to the centre, parking was easy and the spot was clearly signposted. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Easy to find and with parking! Balcony was lovely and whole property was just nice to be in

Good for a few firend Positive: The location was great, had everything we needed, a light airy place and cute balcony to have our morning coffee. Negative: The only negatives I have were that the beds were really soft so not comfortable to sleep in, mattresses could do with changing. Some spillage stains on the carpets but that didn't ruin our stay.

Positive: The location was great for town. Clean, modern and tidy apartment with free parking. Negative: It was very noisy due to the traffic and a pub garden behind (was mostly an issue because it was very hot and we had to have the windows open). The apartment needed some maintenance. There were several blinds that were broken, the bed legs were wobbly and the freezer was mostly frozen up. There was a lack of crockery and cooking equipment so eating in would have been a struggle. The patio door needs a curtain or blind as the afternoon sun streamed in and made the apartment far too hot!
