Positive: Clean and good location for walking into the city. Negative: Property seems in need of a few jobs, one window handle broken off, mirror in bathroom cracked, skirting in bathroom rotten, ironing board missing bolt. There also wasn't enough glasses/cups/plates for the number of guest it can cater for. Sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Good and basic accommodation, great location for York city centre. Positive: Good location, apartment was perfect for two people. Negative: No fans or aircon, some of the windows didn’t open. Noisy location due to back of pubs.

Had a lovely time. Location was perfect and issues were sorted with an apartment swap. Just wish it was sorted earlier s Positive: The location was great and the property had everything we needed Negative: The issue with the windows not shutting. Had to change rooms but missed out on our last night in York due to not being able to secure the apartment till we moved

Cutesy, cosy & convenient home Positive: The room setup, clean decor, comfortable bed Negative: Perhaps Aircon or a fan would help in this weather

Superb location Positive: Excellent location in York, beside the old walls of York, 15 mins walk into centre of city, Lovely house with parking bay provided, with plenty of local pubs nearby to eat, lots of grocery shops in walking distance Negative: Nothing to dislike overall
